A special thanks from The Surety Association of Houston to our Winter Happy Hour participants.

Cannot wait for our next event of the year!!!

The Surety Association of Houston would like to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in February’s Winter Happy Hour at Café Adobe.  With over 60 members in attendance, the event was a HUGE success and nearly doubled last year’s attendance!!  We’ve received some valuable feedback from a number of you commenting on the great location, lively atmosphere and great food and drinks.  This success has us all very excited about 2016, and we look forward to future events and luncheons!

2015 SAH Sporting Clay Tournament Photos

The Surety Association of Houston would like to take a moment to thank everyone who participated in the Sporting Clay Tournament. The event was a big success and we have already received some great feedback from many of the participants. We would also like to take a moment to thank Hanover, LaPorte and CapSpecialty Insurance for sponsoring the event. Sponsors play a large part in making these events possible, so we really appreciate the support of our sponsors.

After seventy five clay targets, 1st place was awarded to Orlando Aguirre, Jeff Barnett, Elizabeth Trujillo, and Don Weidenfeller. 2nd place went to Johnna Brandt, Roger Hambrick, Mike Kremheller, and Marty Moss. Best dressed for the event went to our very own President, Carly Ross.

Overall the 1st Annual Surety Association of Houston Clay Shooting Tournament was a large success, and we look forward to holding a second clay shooting event Fall 2016. We’ll provide details about the event in the first quarter of 2016, so start practicing and putting your teams together.
